All Aces, Inc.

Last updated: August 28, 2026

All Aces, Inc. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you visit allacesinc.com, use our services, or communicate with us.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, organization, role, email address, telephone number, and the contents of your communications with us. We may also collect technical and usage information, such as browser type, device information, approximate time of visit, pages visited, referral information, and information needed to operate, secure, and improve our website and services. Where you purchase services, we may collect transaction-related information needed to administer the engagement; payment-card information is handled by our payment processors and is not stored by All Aces unless expressly stated at the point of collection.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to deliver and administer our services; respond to requests and inquiries; communicate about engagements, events, resources, and, where permitted, marketing; schedule meetings; maintain relationship records; protect the security and integrity of our systems; comply with legal obligations; and improve our website, services, and communications.

Connie, Our AI Alignment Assistant

When you click “Book an Alignment Call” on allacesinc.com, you may choose to speak or correspond by text with Connie, an AI assistant operated by All Aces, Inc. Connie is not a human being. She holds a short voice or text conversation to understand what is happening in your organization, suggest a starting point with All Aces, and, when appropriate, arrange a call with Dr. Atyia Martin. You are never required to use Connie; you may contact us instead at info@allacesinc.com or +1 888 795 6569.

What we collect. During a conversation, we collect what you choose to share, which may include your name, email address, mobile phone number (optional), organization, role, and a description of the pressures, goals, and history your organization is experiencing. Your voice is processed in real time so Connie can understand and respond. A written transcript of the conversation is created and kept; we do not keep an audio recording of the conversation. We also collect technical information needed to run the conversation, such as browser type, approximate time, and the page from which you arrived.

How we use it. We use this information to understand your needs; recommend an appropriate All Aces service; schedule and confirm an alignment call; send a calendar invitation and confirmation email; verify that the email address you provide can receive mail; maintain a record of our relationship with you and your organization; and improve how Connie listens and responds. Conversations may be summarized and assessed for quality so our team can review how Connie is performing and follow up thoughtfully. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

Text reminders. If you affirmatively consent during the conversation to receive text reminders, we may use the mobile phone number you provide to send meeting reminders and related scheduling communications. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out. Providing a mobile phone number is optional.

Who processes it. Connie runs on Tough Tongue AI, a voice-AI platform that provides speech recognition, the conversational model, transcription, and post-conversation analysis. Tough Tongue AI uses underlying AI model providers, such as Google and OpenAI, to process the conversation. Transcripts and summaries are stored in our customer relationship systems (Klipy and Teable) and in Google Workspace for calendar invitations and email. We use Reoon to check whether an email address is valid. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments and are not permitted to use your conversation for their own purposes beyond providing the service.

How long we keep it. We keep conversation transcripts and summaries only for as long as needed to maintain our relationship record with you or your organization and to support appropriate follow-up. If you ask us to delete information Connie collected about you, we will delete or de-identify it within 30 days after verifying your request, unless we must retain limited information to comply with law, resolve a dispute, protect security, or maintain required business records.

Your choices. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information Connie collected about you by emailing info@allacesinc.com with “Connie data request” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days. If you prefer not to speak with an AI, email or call us and a person will respond.

Limits. Connie provides general information about All Aces and our services. Nothing Connie says is legal, medical, clinical, financial, or emergency advice, and a suggested starting point is not a contract or price guarantee. If you describe a situation that needs urgent professional help, Connie will point you to appropriate resources rather than continue the conversation.

How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that support our website, communications, scheduling, customer relationship management, analytics, payment processing, and professional services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights, safety, and security, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to object to or limit certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact info@allacesinc.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Connie is intended for adults acting on behalf of organizations. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date when we make changes.
